Max Davis, Managing Partner
Max was raised in Oregon, USA and later graduated in Business Management from the University of Utah. Max has training & development experience and implemented best practice procedures for Microsoft. Max has also worked with numerous business clients in the US while working with PlanSource, including Ashley Home Furniture and major insurance carriers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield. In his free time, Max enjoys the outdoors including golfing, and hanging out with friends. Max is now 27 and volunteers his free time with the company as he already has income.
Roman Hirnyak, Managing Partner

Roman was born and raised in Ukraine. He studied Economics at a university in Kyiv and later attended a Bible school in Norway. Passionate about education and faith, he co-founded this initiative to help Ukrainians gain English skills for new opportunities. In his free time, Roman enjoys playing football, spending time with friends, and serving at his local church. With experience in marketing, he also leads promotional efforts for the company.
